What is an auction legal pack?
It's the bundle of legal documents the seller provides before a property auction: typically the title register, special conditions of sale, leases, searches and tenancy documents. When the hammer falls you exchange contracts on those terms, so anything in the pack becomes legally binding on you.
How is this different from just asking an AI chatbot?
A chatbot gives you a general summary. Our analysis follows the specific review framework practising UK property solicitors use when reporting on an auction pack (title investigation, special conditions costing, leasehold review, missing-document enquiries) and it is instructed to be candid about risk rather than reassuring.
How long does an analysis take?
Usually a few minutes, even for packs running to hundreds of pages. You'll get a written eleven-section report you can read online, print, or save as a PDF.
Is this legal advice?

What happens to my documents?
